Pasha

Pasha Yang is a rising dancer in the Minnesota dance scene. She started off her journey at the age of 6 with traditional styles such as Hmong, Thai and Chinese. After 10 years of competitive traditional dancing, she began to pursue her love for K-pop and dance.

For past five years, Pasha has been a part of MKDC. MKDC is a K-pop cover dance team based in the Twin Cities. Through this, Pasha has had the privilege of competing across the country, even representing the U.S. in 2019 for the K-pop Cover Dance Festival in South Korea. Her team has partnered with different companies such as Kakao Entertainment and Facebook Oculus. They have hosted the biggest K-pop Festival in the Midwest, bringing in different teams and fans from all around the region.

Within the last two years, Pasha has started exploring open styles. She was a part of Elite Family Season 7 where she has grown tremendously. This past month, she was given the opportunity to teach at The Workroom MN where she has found her love for teaching and sharing her creative side with other passionate dancers. Pasha’s goal is all about growth! She’s still learning but cannot wait to see what the future has in store for her!
