Cypher Side Dance School
Cypher Side was established in 2017 and opened its doors in 2021 with a mission to cultivate a diverse and inclusive community that inspires and nurtures young dancers. As a central hub for youth dance culture, we provide a platform for learning and exploration across various dance styles. We firmly believe in the transformative power of performing arts, which instills lifelong qualities of confidence, strength, and resilience in our youth.

2025 Student Showcase
We would like to recognize and give a heartfelt thanks to Minnesota's Legacy for supporting Cypher Side Dance School's projects throughout 2024-25! Performances from the Minnesota State Fair, Cypher Rotunda and Hmong Art’s Celebration at the Mall of America. We’re so grateful for Legacy’s support in helping us showcase our passion for dance and commitment to our community! Keep an eye out for even more exciting performances and events from Cypher Side!
The Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund receives 19.75 percent of the sales tax revenue resulting from the Legacy amendment to support arts, arts education and arts access, and to preserve Minnesota's history and cultural heritage. Based on current sales tax revenue, Minnesotans will invest more than $1.2 billion in arts and cultural heritage fund projects and programs over the 25 year life of the tax.
A portion of the dollars appropriated from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund are being made available through grant programs.
